Service as It Should Be

In today’s online shopping market, we believe that honesty is the best policy. That’s why we designed the most generous, fair and transparent store policy for our customers. Read the following sections to find out more about how we ship or exchange products, or about how we secure your personal data. Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any questions!

Shipping Policy

Shipping is available in the United States and Canada at the moment.

We are diligently working on shipping worldwide. 

We offer the most competitive shipping rates available.

Once your order has been approved and payment has been authorized, an invoice will be emailed to you. 

Please allow 1-2 business days to process ready made orders. If an item is being customized or personalized, the shipping time will vary and you will notified before production on an estimated ship time. 

Packages are shipped via United States Postal Services (USPS) Priority and Regular Mail. A tracking number will be provided for all shipments.

Packages over 20lbs in weight may ship via UPS.

Returns & Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase! We hope that you are happy with your new product, however if you are not completely satisfied, please contact us. Please see the information below for more details. 

 

Returns

All personalized or customized items are non-refundable. These products were designed specifically for you, to your taste and liking so they are not resell-able. All designs must be approved prior to payment and production for this reason. All non-personalized items have a limited thirty (30) calendar day return policy. All items must be returned in the exact condition you received them in. Pictures are taken of each individual item before they are shipped or delivered. When an item is returned, we will inspect the condition of the product and compare it to the pictures that were taken at time of completion. If the product has any defects, blemishes or damage upon return, a refund will not be issued. 

 To return an item, please send an email to returns.gracefullygrownco@gmail.com in order to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving the RMA number, place the item/items securely in original packaging (if applicable), and mail your return to the following address:

Shipping

You will be solely responsible for any return shipping costs. Original and return shipping charges are non-refundable. Returns must be shipped by the United States Postal Service (USPS) with a tracking number included for the return package. Tracking is included for all First-Class Parcel and Priority Mail packages. Gracefully Grown Collective, LLC is not responsible for any lost return packages. 

 

Refunds​

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of the item/items, we will notify you on the status of your refund. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original form of payment). You will receive a credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policy. We will notify you by email once your refund has been processed. 

 

Exceptions​

For defective or damaged products upon receipt, please contact us at returns.gracefullygrownco@gmail.com for an exchange. Please note, item must be unused and in its original packaging.

Warranty Disclaimer

Warranties

All stainless steel (sealed) tumblers (any size) come with a limited 90 day warranty to cover damage to the epoxy due to air pockets or bubbles. This warranty does not cover damage due to dropping or not following the care instructions correctly. The tumbler(s) must be returned in order for the warranty to be guaranteed. The tumbler will be inspected before any action is taken. If the damage is found to be caused by anything other than a natural occurrence found in the epoxy, the warranty will be void and the tumbler will not be replaced or refunded. It will be returned at the cost of the customer. 

Disclaimer: All items are handmade and although we strive for perfection on each item, it is inevitable that there may be imperfections, as each item is unique.
